2023 GENERAL INFORMATION
The conference planning committee representing the Missouri Emergency Medical Services Association, Missouri Ambulance Association and Missouri Association of Air Medical Services would like to invite you to attend the 2023 Annual Missouri EMS Conference & Expo. This conference will be held at the St. Charles Convention Center in historic St. Charles, Missouri. With an anticipated registration to exceed 250 nurses and EMS personnel from Missouri and surrounding states, this is a conference you won’t want to miss.
We have national speakers and many regional speakers offering a great variety of topics that cover many of the harder to reach National Registry Categories. New this year is a Mobile Integrated Healthcare Track (MIH) offering 13.5 hours continuing education credits. We will also be offering EMS, Clinical, Instructor, Critical Care and Management tracks.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
EMS providers of all levels, educators, managers/supervisors, service directors, medical directors, nurses, and others involved in the EMS profession.
The St. Charles Convention Center located at One Convention Center Plaza, St Charles Missouri. A block of rooms have been reserved for the conference at the Embassy Suites Hotel connected to the convention Center. A special rate of $149 (subject to state and local taxes) is secured through Monday, July 11th. This rate includes breakfast each morning as well as an evening reception.
MEALS & Casino Night Tickets
A conference registration includes lunch for three days of the conference. Breakfast is not provided at the conference, however it is included at the Embassy Suites with the guest rate. Also, a conference registration DOES NOT include a ticket for Tuesday nights Casino Night. If you wish to attend, you must purchase a $20 ticket by July 23rd, 2023.
EXHIBIT HALL PASSES
EXHIBIT HALL PASSES You can buy an exhibit hall pass for $10 each if you would like to visit the vendor area anytime it is open without buying a full conference registration.
Tuesday Exhibit Opening Reception Times: 1630-1830 hours
Tuesday Social Event : 1830-2330 hours
Wednesday Exhibit Times: 1030-1100, 1230-1400, 1515-1545 hours
Thursday Exhibit Times: 0915-0945, 1100-1130, 1245-1400 hours
ALL registrations must be submitted ONLINE
It is very important that you provide an e-mail address, so you can get your CE certificate. Also, be sure to check all boxes that apply. Once you complete the registration form, there will be an option to pay online with credit card or mail payments to MOEMSC&E-PO Box 125, Strafford, MO 65757

Earlybird Registration Deadline: July 23, 2023 -- After this date cost will include a $50 late registration fee
Cancellations / Refunds:
A refund, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be granted ONLY if cancellation is received in writing via email to email@example.com by 5 pm on Friday, July 23, 2023 or as a result of circumstances approved by the Conference Planning Committee. No refunds will be issued for Unused Casino Night tickets.

EMS CEU is granted through Mercy EMS-Springfield
Nursing CEs will not be provided this year.
Critical Care CE provided by Washington County EMS
categories for each session are listed on the schedule.
We will not be offering nursing CEU's this year.

• Community Paramedic (Missouri)
• Community Health Worker (Missouri)
3 Day Conference Sessions= 22 CEU’s
Tuesday, August 1 = 7.5 CEU’s
Wednesday, August 2 = 7 CEU’s
Thursday, August 3 = 7.5 CEU’s
= 22 TOTAL hours available if you attend all sessions
